Aglaia LT-24 is not exactly a reading lamp or light for general purposes, but works brilliantly as mood lighting. The light can be set to any single colour or cycles through all 7 colours. The egg shaped glass acts as a diffuser, which is detachable from the base. Base contains rechargeable battery, LED bulbs and charging mechanism.
The light is charged from your existing 5V USB adapter via supplied USB cable. The base of the unit sits on the charging base for recharging. It works similar to the way of electric kettle sits on its base.
Glass lamp with 4000mAh rechargeable battery
Whilst testing, I managed to get this working for 14 hours continuously (dynamic mode / Colour changing) before switching off. The light is equally distributed due to the quality of glass and the material used for diffusing. The touch button are sensitive and easy to respond, though easier way is to use the supplied remote control. This is more subtle than LT-24 (egg shaped) lamp
Comes in the box Aglaia LT-27 Wine glass mood light, USB cable, and a Manual. There is also a remote control included in the pack. The built in 4000mAh rechargeable battery provides up to 16 hours of continuous light from one single charge.
Overall a decent light with a powerful battery (2x 18650 batteries I guess) and plenty of colours to choose from. Please do check out the pictures for a closer look.
